Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional front-office experience.
Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Support administrative tasks and provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
Proficiency in
English and Kannada
; knowledge of
Hindi
will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
