Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:-



1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.

2. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them appropriately.

3. Act as the central point of contact between customers and the service team.

4. Receive, log, and track service requests, ensuring timely assignment and follow-up.

5. Schedule and coordinate service calls with field technicians/engineers.

6. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and customer databases.

7. Provide updates to customers on service status and ensure resolution of issues.

8. Coordinate preparation of service quotations, invoices, and related documentation.

9. Maintain a clean, organized reception and office environment.

10. Support administrative tasks as required.

Skills & Qualifications:-



1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Service Coordinator preferred.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.

6. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
