Receptionist

3-4 years of experience

, excellent communication skills, and a polite, professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings. Handle courier services, visitor logs, and front-desk documentation. Support HR/Admin teams with day-to-day tasks. Ensure smooth coordination between departments and guests.

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

3-4 years of relevant receptionist/front-office experience
