Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and office supply management
Coordinate with other departments as needed
Support HR and administrative staff with daily office operations
