We are hiring - Receptionist (Front Office) - SPPL, Ranchi

Sathi Planners Private Limited (SPPL) invites applications from confident, well-presented female candidates for the position of Receptionist - Front Office at our Ranchi office.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, office coordination, and working in a professional corporate environment.

Location: Ranchi

Working Hours: 09:30 AM - 06.30 PM

Mode: On-site

Role Overview:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. Manage front-desk operations, calls, emails, and visitor coordination. Maintain records, registers, and basic office documentation Provide administrative support to HR and management teams Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience Clear communication skills in Hindi and basic English Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and attention to detail Basic proficiency in MS Office and email communication
