We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage our front office operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be skilled in handling visitors, calls, and administrative support while maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and redirect them to concerned departments
Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
Schedule appointments and meetings as required
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Maintain office registers, courier records, and office supplies
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
Ensure cleanliness and discipline at the reception area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language preferred)
Pleasant personality with professional appearance
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
Punctual and reliable
