Receptionist
to be the face of our Jawed Habib Salon. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service, manage appointments efficiently, and support smooth salon operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcome clients warmly and create a positive first impression.
Assist clients with service information, pricing, and product details.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
2. Appointment & Scheduling
Manage booking schedules through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Coordinate between clients and stylists to minimize wait time.
Confirm appointments and follow up on missed bookings.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
Prepare bills accurately and manage cash/card transactions.
Maintain daily sales records and submit reports as required.
4. Administrative Support
Maintain client database and update service history.
Manage product display and ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
Support branch manager in inventory checks and basic operations.
Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of experience in salon/spa/hospitality/retail preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, WhatsApp, etc.).
Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
