Our hotel is seeking a professional and customer-focused
Receptionist
to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
Manage room reservations and handle cancellations or modifications
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with hotel management systems (training provided)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
