Handle all reception and front desk operations professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, visitors, and inquiries
Maintain visitor entry, issue passes, and follow security procedures
Monitor and regularly check CCTV cameras for safety and security
Report any unusual activity or security issues to management
Coordinate with security staff regarding entry and exit control
Handle office administration work and daily office coordination
Maintain office records, files, and basic documentation
Support HR and Admin department in routine administrative tasks
Handle courier, dispatch, and inward-outward register
Assist in office purchase coordination and vendor follow-up
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at reception and office area
Ensure compliance with company policies at front desk level
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, MS Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Alertness and responsibility for security-related monitoring
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
