Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Front Desk & Patient Interaction



Welcome patients in a warm, professional manner. Check patients in and out, verify personal and insurance information. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate staff. Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and policies. Assist patients with completing forms and resolving basic concerns.

Appointment & Scheduling Management



Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments. Manage provider calendars and avoid scheduling conflicts. Notify patients of delays, cancellations, or changes. Coordinate follow-up visits and referrals when necessary.

Administrative Duties



Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Handle billing inquiries and collect payments or co-pays. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, messages, documents). Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Support clinic staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
