2. Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
3. Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
5. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth operations.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
7. Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
