Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, provide basic information, and route inquiries appropriately
Follow up with leads and existing clients via phone and email
Maintain and update client data and appointment schedules
Prepare and manage daily/weekly reports using Excel or CRM tools
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client handling
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (or pursuing/completed graduation)
Good spoken and written communication skills (English, Hindi, [local language])
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Pleasant and professional personality with client-facing confidence
Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, or admin roles is a plus
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
