Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and customer interactions efficiently
Maintain visitor logs, records, and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
Support billing, appointment scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
Ensure front office area is organized, presentable, and operational at all times
Use computer systems and MS Office tools for data entry and reporting
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of
MS Office
(Word, Excel, basic documentation)
Proficiency in computer operations and office systems
Professional appearance, grooming, and customer-handling skills
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
