Key Responsibilities:



Greet guests warmly and ensure an excellent first impression. Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, room allocation, and billing. Handle reservations, cancellations, and amendments through

HotSoft / hotel software

. Respond to guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth guest service. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures. Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

as a receptionist/front office associate in a hotel or resort. Proficiency in

hotel software (HotSoft or similar PMS)

. Strong communication skills in

English & Malayalam

(additional languages are a plus). Pleasant personality, customer-service orientation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
