Hotel Bosquet is hiring a

female receptionist

to join our welcoming team. We are looking for someone polite, well-groomed, and efficient who can handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site position with

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room/reservation bookings. Handle inquiries and calls regarding hotel, restaurant, or bar services. Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and service staff for smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Address guest issues or complaints with patience and a problem-solving approach. Maintain daily records, registers, and perform basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Female candidates only preferred. Prior receptionist or front desk experience is a plus. Good communication skills in English; local language skills an advantage. Presentable appearance and customer-friendly attitude. Basic computer skills; experience with hotel software (PMS) preferred. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
