Handle front desk, walk-ins, calls & enquiries
Attend parents politely and guide them to concerned departments
Support admission enquiries and coordinate with admission team
Maintain visitor records, calls log & basic office data
Assist admin team in day-to-day front office tasks

Well-groomed, presentable & confident personality
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Polite, patient, and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
