Job Summary



The Receptionist cum Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the front office operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day office functioning. The role requires strong communication skills, organization, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities



Reception / Front Desk Duties

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests courteously Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries Maintain visitor registers Manage courier, mail, and document dispatch/receipt Coordinate meeting room bookings and guest arrangements Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Administrative Duties

Handle daily office administrative tasks Maintain office records, files, and documentation Manage stationery, pantry supplies, and office inventory Assist in logistics bookings when required Support HR/admin activities such as attendance records, onboarding coordination, and employee support
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline 1-3 years of experience in receptionist or admin role Good verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Well-groomed & polite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
