Job Description

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role involves appointment management, call handling, OPD coordination, billing assistance, cash handling, and administrative support to ensure smooth hospital operations and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries professionally Collect consultation fees and OPD payments Maintain daily cash records and ensure end-of-day reconciliation Hand over daily cash to the owner/authorised person with proper documentation Coordinate OPD floor activities and patient flow Assist in OPD billing and discharge processes Receive and distribute couriers and official documents Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate handling Maintain appointment registers, patient records, and administrative logs Ensure confidentiality and compliance with hospital protocols
Working Hours

Shift Options: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Weekly off as per hospital policy
Salary

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month Salary based on experience and interview performance
Minimum Qualification

Graduate (Mandatory)
Preferred Experience

Prior experience in hospital/clinic front desk or healthcare setting preferred Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may apply
Required Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills Professional, polite, and empathetic demeanor Basic computer proficiency (HIS/Billing software preferred) with MS excel/ Word and writing mails and correspondence. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities High integrity and responsibility in cash handling

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
