The Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing reception operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, welcome, and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
Respond to inquiries (in person, phone, or email) and provide accurate information.
Organise and maintain office files, records, and documentation.
Assist HR/Admin departments with basic tasks such as interviews, onboarding or document handling.
Maintain a visitor logbook and record digital visitor details
Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors for smooth operations.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and presentable at all times.
Handle the courier and prepare simple reports or administrative summaries as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Salary Range: 20000- 35000 per month
