Job Description

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Receptionist who is fluent in both Hindi and English. This is a full-time onsite role, and the ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth communication for visitors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage incoming calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.

Handle appointments, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for daily operational support.

Receive and manage incoming mails, packages, and courier dispatches.

Provide general support to staff and assist with HR/administration activities as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role (preferred).

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Presentable, confident, and professional in handling front-office responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy environment.
