Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This position supports the daily operations of the RMS Business School by managing communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and interacting with visitors warmly and professionally.
Receive, inform, guide visitors including coordination with staff members.
Answer Internal & External calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
Maintain a log of messages and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Friendly, professional behavior with a customer-first attitude
Good Knowledge of MS-Office
Qualification and experience
Graduate
2+ years of experience
Compensation
Salary: ?2.0 L - ?3.6 L per annum
Work Schedule
Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6 PM
