We are looking for a well-presented, proactive, and customer-friendly
Receptionist
to manage front desk operations at QHT Clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and the ability to handle patient queries professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Handling
Greet and welcome patients professionally as they arrive at the clinic
Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and walk-ins
Handle patient queries and guide them to the concerned doctor or department
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Communication & Coordination
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage call flow
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth operations
Follow up with patients for appointments, reports, or confirmations
Maintain strong interpersonal communication with patients and staff
Administrative Tasks
Maintain daily appointment logs and patient entry records
Handle billing, receipts, and basic documentation
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the waiting area
Manage patient feedback and escalate issues when required
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Good interpersonal and customer-service skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/EMR software preferred)
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Polite, patient-friendly, and responsible

Pay: ₹9,284.34 - ₹22,527.99 per month
