We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-friendly
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our real estate office. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support the sales/admin team.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and ensure proper security protocols
Coordinate with sales and admin teams for appointments and meetings
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the concerned person
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Receive and sort daily mail & deliveries
Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Excellent verbal communication skills
Fluency in English & Hindi
Pleasant personality and grooming
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Prior real estate experience is a plus
Salary:
Rs. 18000 - Rs. 25000/- (Competitive & based on experience)
