We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle clients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and prospects.
Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate with sales and leasing teams for client meetings and property visits.
Manage visitor logs, courier handling, and basic office administration.
Assist in documentation, filing, and data entry as required.
Support marketing/CRM teams with client follow-ups when needed.
Key Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Presentable, courteous, and customer-centric.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.
