The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role involves handling front desk operations, managing phone calls, providing information, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, or couriers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Assist HR/Admin with basic clerical duties (filing, photocopying, data entry).
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
