We are seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will handle front desk operations, greet visitors, manage calls, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain visitor logs and office records.
Handle courier, packages, and correspondence.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
Support HR/Admin team with basic clerical tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
0-2 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
