We are looking for a well-groomed, polite, and efficient
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our Gurgaon corporate office. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
Handle visitor logbooks, security passes, and courier/delivery management.
Schedule and manage meeting rooms and assist with conference arrangements.
Coordinate with admin and HR teams for office-related support.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in front desk/receptionist/administrative role (preferably in a corporate setup).
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
