Receptionist
to manage front desk operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have
basic experience
in a receptionist or administrative role and possess good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently.
Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in administrative tasks.
Maintain visitor records and assist with basic office administration.
Requirements:
Experience:
0-4 years in a receptionist or front office role.
Education:
Minimum Graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional and polite demeanor.
Compensation:
Competitive as per industry standards.
