Maintain visitor log and manage entry passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
Provide basic information to visitors and callers.
Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and orderliness.
Assist with clerical and administrative duties when required.

Qualification:
