Qualifications

: B. Com. / B. A. Graduate, 12th pass with good communication skills

Communication Skills

:English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati

Responsibilities :



To carry out a range of reception and administrative tasks in relation to the day-to-day running of the reception area.

1) Well groomed, Punctual and presentable.

2) Pleasant, Professional and articulate speech manners.

3) Excellent interpersonal skills, Maintaining discipline.

4) Answering phone call in a courteous and profession manner without delay.

5) Report in a presentable manner on duty. Telephone etiquette, customer service, basic word, and excel programs, time management, multi-tasking, organization, scheduling.

6) Responsible for basic clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and visitors, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner.

7) Receive and convey messages in writing and verbally

8) Maintaining register for the outgoing calls. Ensuring the required calls by various departments is transferred on time.

9) Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone

10) Maintaining the incoming and outgoing mail's registers for the documents received by post our couriers.

11) Forwarding the mails received to the respective departments after acknowledging the same by putting rubber stamp having date and time of receipt

12) Taking care of the security criteria in the reception area in co ordination with the security supervisor.

13) Must possess the multi tasking quality of handling incoming outgoing calls of the patients on priority basis.

14) Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette

15) Responsible for keeping the reception area clean and organized

16) Responds to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner.

17) Following the hierarchy policy as per the organogram and working as per the same.

18) Facilitates patient flow by notifying and being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff. Protects patient confidentiality, logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.

19) Keeping a track the OPD Consultation timing of the Consultants and ensuring if they will be coming on time for the OPD.

20) All work prescribed the management time to time as per the exigencies.

21) Following the hierarchy policy as per the organogram and working as per the same.
