Greet patients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Register patients and update personal and insurance information accurately.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information regarding hospital services.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for patient-related activities.
Manage patient files and maintain confidentiality of all medical and personal information.
Collect consultation fees or deposits and issue receipts as needed.
Assist with admission and discharge procedures when required.
Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to restricted areas.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software (if applicable).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
Fluency in local language and English.
Working Conditions

Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.
May involve extended periods of sitting and use of a computer.
