Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages effectively.
Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules.
Assist in day-to-day office administration and coordination tasks.
Provide accurate information to clients, candidates, and visitors.
Ensure the front desk area is presentable, well-maintained, and organized.
Support HR/Administration in basic clerical duties when required.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream) or 12th pass with good communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi must).
Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and good grooming.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability.
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to multitask

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
