Job Description

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth daily office functioning.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning). Provide information and support to visitors, clients, and staff. Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues or redirect to the appropriate department. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Follow company security procedures, including visitor log management and issuing badges. Support other departments with administrative needs as required.

Qualifications



High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred). Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in office software (MS Office, email systems, calendars). Professional appearance and attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,400.00 - ₹14,300.00 per month
