We are looking for a well-spoken, customer-friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a polite and professional manner
Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling
Maintain visitor and patient records accurately
Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow
Handle front office documentation and daily reports
Guide visitors to concerned departments or personnel
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area
Manage courier, mail, and front-office supplies
Support administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience as a Receptionist (Hospital experience preferred if applicable)
Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Immediate joiners will be given preference
