Receptionist / Guest Relation Executive
who is professional, courteous, and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
Maintain guest records, payments, and reservations accurately.
Address guest feedback and ensure maximum satisfaction.
Support in upselling rooms and in-house services.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience
in hotel front office or guest relation role (preferably in a 3-star or 4-star property).
Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Malayalam; Hindi will be an advantage.
Smart appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
