We are looking for a receptionist who can handle the front desk smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Visitor & Call Management:
Greet guests, provide refreshments, direct visitors, answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take messages.
Scheduling:
Manage appointment calendars, book meeting rooms, and coordinate schedules for staff and meetings.
Administrative Support:
Sort and distribute mail/deliveries, handle office supplies, manage basic data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Office Upkeep:
Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception area, and liaise with maintenance for upkeep.
Communication:
Handle emails and communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Customer Service:
Friendly, professional demeanor, excellent communication (verbal & written).
Organization:
Strong multitasking, time management, and record-keeping.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Education:
Any Bachelor's degree
