Greet and assist parents, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and ensure front-office discipline and presentation.
Coordinate appointments and meetings between parents and the management team.
Support internal communication and assist with school events and parent interactions.
Admissions & Enquiry Management
Serve as the first point of contact for new admission enquiries.
Provide detailed information about school programs, fee structure, and facilities.
Conduct school tours for prospective parents and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain and update enquiry records, follow-up schedules, and lead conversion reports.
Support marketing initiatives -- open houses, events, and parent orientations.
Collaborate with the management and academic teams to complete the admission process smoothly.
Requirements
Graduate (preferred).
2 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or admissions counsellor (preferably in a preschool or educational setup).
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(verbal & written).
Confident, courteous, and customer-service-oriented personality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM or database handling.
Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
