Key Responsibilities



Patient Intake:

Warmly greet patients, visitors, and staff. Register new patients and update existing records with accuracy.

Communication Hub:

Answer multi-line phone calls, screen inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments or medical personnel.

Scheduling:

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for doctors and diagnostic tests.

Administrative Support:

Verify insurance information, collect co-pays, and handle admission/discharge paperwork.

Environment Management:

Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and ensure patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) at all times.

Key Competencies

Empathy:

Ability to remain calm and supportive when dealing with stressed or anxious patients.

Multitasking:

Capable of handling high call volumes while assisting in-person inquiries.

Attention to Detail:

Precision in data entry and medical record handling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
