Role & responsibilities



Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable Coordinate with staff for visitor arrivals and office needs Assist with office supplies management

Required Skills & Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus) Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, phone systems) Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:



Customer service experience Ability to handle confidential information Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

Work Environment:



Office-based role with regular interaction with staff and visitors
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
