Greeting visitors

: Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly manner, and directing them to the correct person or office

Answering calls

: Answering and forwarding phone calls to the correct department, and taking messages

Managing mail

: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail

Maintaining office supplies

: Taking inventory of supplies and restocking as needed

Scheduling meetings

: Scheduling meetings for employees, and managing meeting room availability

Maintaining records

: Keeping detailed records of visitor requests, calls, and office expenses

Performing clerical tasks

: Faxing, photocopying, transcribing, and filing

Handling security

: Managing badges, collecting them, and checking them as needed

Providing customer service

: Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner

Supporting colleagues

: Assisting colleagues, and providing additional support to sales agents and CSR's
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
