Role Summary
The Receptionist - Admin Department will be responsible for managing front-desk activities, handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a professional company environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities
? Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner
? Manage incoming front-desk inquiries
? Maintain employees logs and access records
? Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
? Assist HR/Admin in maintaining employee records, attendance updates, etc.
? Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of reception and common areas
? Support procurement of office supplies and inventory management
? Support HR Department for Pre-Onboarding process
Requirements
? Minimum Graduation (Any Stream)
? 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Front Office / Admin Executive
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Good command of English & Gujarati/Hindi
? Basic MS Office and email handling skills
? Well-groomed, polite, and professional
? Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
