Receptionist
with 1-2 years of experience to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Manage front desk activities including visitor logs, courier handling, and mail distribution.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Office Administration or a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a front-desk or customer service role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
