We are looking for a polite, well-organized, and presentable
Receptionist (Female)
to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Handle incoming and outgoing emails and courier dispatches
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with basic office administration and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments as required
Manage Social Media Profile Of Firm
Requirements & Skills:
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (preferred)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
