Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and registration
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with team
Handle billing, invoices, and basic accounting entries
Maintain reception area cleanliness and uphold a professional environment
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Basic accounts knowledge
Working knowledge of Tally
Excellent communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
