Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors. Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor records and front-desk logs. Manage appointment scheduling for sales executives and management. Assist in basic administrative tasks (printing, filing, photocopying, document handling). Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for client follow-ups. Manage courier dispatch and office supplies inventory. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-office area. Handle customer inquiries related to projects, property details, or meetings. Support HR/Administration team as required.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentable personality with a professional approach. Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati (if applicable). Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently. Strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications:



Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience. Experience in
