We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations. The role involves handling client inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring a warm customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome walk-in clients & visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for counsellors/relationship managers.
Maintain client data, registration forms, and documentation.
Provide basic information about services, membership plans, and company offerings.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and follow-ups.
Maintain records of daily inquiries and appointment schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client service.
Required Skills & Qualities
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred).
Pleasant personality with strong customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Polite, confident, and able to handle clients with sensitivity.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any field.
