Job Description

A receptionist for a construction company is the vital first point of contact, managing calls, visitors (clients, vendors, subs), scheduling, mail, and admin tasks (MS Office, records), requiring excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and a professional demeanor to create a welcoming, efficient environment, often needing English/Hindi skills and construction industry familiarity. Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

: Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area.

Communication Hub

: Answer and redirect calls, manage emails, handle correspondence.

Scheduling

: Book appointments for executives and teams, manage calendars.

Administrative Support

: Maintain records, order supplies, handle basic data entry (Word, Excel).

Vendor/Subcontractor Liaison

: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
