The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
Maintain visitor register and issue visitor passes.
Guide visitors to the appropriate department/employee.
Telephone Handling
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Take and relay accurate messages.
Maintain a call log if required.
Administrative Support
Manage incoming/outgoing courier and mail.
Maintain stock of office supplies and stationery.
Assist HR/Admin with documentation and filing.
Handle basic data entry tasks.
Office Coordination
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the reception area.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security when needed.
Support in scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms.
3. Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati - as required).
Professional and pleasant personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
0-2 years of experience in front desk or customer service role.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
