The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers visiting Patel Mobility LLP. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle front desk operations efficiently in a busy automobile dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
Attend and manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
Maintain the visitor register, appointment schedule, and waiting area.
Handle basic administrative work such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum SSC / Graduate (preferred).
Experience as a receptionist in the automobile sector is a plus.
Communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
Pleasant personality, customer-first approach, and multitasking ability.
