Greet visitors, clients, and walk-ins with a warm and professional attitude.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage visitor log.
Communication Handling
Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
Respond to basic queries regarding projects, site visits, and company information.
Check and respond to emails received on the official reception email ID.
Administrative Support
Maintain daily attendance registers, courier logs, and office supplies inventory.
Assist in preparing documents, forms, and simple reports.
Coordinate with housekeeping and office support staff for smooth operations.
Client Coordination
Provide project brochures, price lists, and basic information to walk-in clients.
Update the sales team immediately about new leads and inquiries.
Record Management
Maintain databases such as inquiry registers, guest entries, leads logs, and follow-up trackers.
Keep updated lists of sales team contacts, project details, and key documents.
